

Vincent J. Bono, Principal Member, Technology and Operations
Prior to 2N+1, Vincent Bono founded and served as President and COO of Boston
Datacenters, a local 16,000 square foot datacenter and hosting facility
where he was directly responsible for day to day operations, service
expansion and the growth of the customer base from start to 3.6 million
dollars annually.
From 1999 to 2004 Vincent served as Vice President of Engineering and
Operations at Global NAPS, Inc, a national CLEC, where he was
responsible for the operation and expansion of the GNAPs national
networks (ATM, SONET, Internet) as well as for vendor relations and new
business opportunities. During his tenure at GNAPs Vincent expanded the
GNAPs service footprint from 9 cities in seven states to over 200
metropolitan calling areas in 17 states and managed construction of over
2,000,000 square feet of colocation and datacenter space.
Prior to Global NAPs he served as Vice President of Engineering of
HarvardNet, where he was responsible for the company's 35 person
engineering staff and where he was responsible for the design and the
build-out of their data centers.
Earlier in his career, Vincent was the youngest person to hold a
Director level title at any General Electric Company and was personally
responsible for creating and operating MAI Network Services, a regional
Internet Provider acquired by GE and later acquired by HarvardNet in
1999.
Vincent has served as an engineer for various defense agencies such as
the Naval Surface Warfare Center, US Army Cost and Economic Analysis
Centers and The US Army Corps of Engineers.
Christopher Mastrangelo, Principal Member, Finance and Administration
Christopher Mastrangelo is a corporate and real estate attorney in private practice in Boston, Massachusetts. Chris is a 1992 graduate of Colby College in Waterville, Maine, and a graduate of Boston University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 1995. While in law school, Chris served as Managing Editor of the Probate Law Journal, and was named a G. Joseph Tauro Scholar and a Paul Liacos Scholar. Prior to establishing his own firm, Chris was employed in the Boston offices of two prominent international law firms.
Chris also serves as a member and general counsel to Karmaloop, LLC, a Boston-based Internet clothing retailer. Chris has worked with Karmaloop in this capacity since he formed the company for its founder.
Chris is involved in various charitable and educational endeavors, including serving as a member of the Boston University School of Law's Alumni Executive Committee, a member of the Board of Directors of the Delta Kappa Epsilon Fraternity, a member of the Copley Art Society's Board of Governors, and President of the Union Park Committee in Boston's South End. In Spring 2005 Chris received the Boston University School of Law Young Alumni Chair, an award bestowed upon only 18 alumni in the School of Law's history.
